Ok, so my experience in Globelines was so frustrating the connection speed is so slow and it suddenly disconnected when i am surfing i dont know what happened. Then in a minute i try to surf, again it is worst the connection is pretty slow like a turtle then boom.. Disconnect again. . Damn what is wrong with globelines? Before we switch to globe i am a smart bro user and their connection speed is stable and no problem at all. . Globelines has higher ping (500-800) in smart the ping was only (30-80) i am a gamer so i know their pings. . Sucks globe we want to cut it and switch back to smart but we have a contract of 1 year! 1 year of suffering. . I am from Antipolo City, Rizal

As a freelancer, I needed Internet connection, especially when I'm in Nueva Ecija (which I usually stay there for some days almost every month). And I purchased my Smartbro kit, my first mobile broadband plug-it, a few months ago and I haven't been impressed with their network. When I'm in the province, it would usually take me a half hour to an hour to connect, sometimes to no avail. There are rare times, though, that I can connect, albeit at an unstable rate. When I'm in Alabang, the connection stabilizes, but it still is in need of improvement.

Then I decided to use Sun, and I've been on it for less than a month and I would say that I'm quite satisfied. The network is restricted to Metro Manila, though.

So I still need a dependable broadband connection when I'm visiting my home province. And, as of this writing, December 24, 2009, I have just purchased my Globe plug-it and am using it right now. And I must say that I'm relieved. I do not have to go to downtown and rent a PC. The connection is better than Smart's. Way better. At least as of now...

I've experienced all three, and here is what I think:

Metro Manila:
Sun - Okay
Smart - Sometimes okay, sometimes so-so
Globe - I'll try soon, but I bet the network is good (I sometimes connect via my mobile phone and the connection is better than when I'm using Smartbro on my laptop).

Nueva Ecija:
Sun - No network
Smart - Poor
Globe - Okay.

That's it, folks.

Actually all the new SMART BRO offerings both plug it and share it are offering 2 mbps speeds and sometimes deliver. Both share it has antenna connections and plug it if inserted in a globe or sun modem usb plug it opened line has a antenna connection to make better speeds even indoors.

With an outdoor antenna and not far from a cell tower you should get these speeds at times.

Check out the share it details/review at http://smartbroshareit.wordpress.com/
