		<description><![CDATA[The US Department of Justice and the European Commission has already cleared the partnership between Microsoft and Yahoo after almost eight months.  Countries like Australia, Brazil and Canada have also agreed the terms.  However the MicroHoo deal is still being worked out with the regulators  in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan.
